J-Lan Construction was founded by three brothers with over 30 years of combined experience in the construction and building industry. Together, we bring a unique blend of skills, knowledge, and dedication to every project we take on.

One brother specializes in building engineering and operations, with expertise in boilers, HVAC, plumbing, and the critical systems that keep buildings running smoothly. Another has managed a large portfolio of properties across New York City, including residential communities, warehouses, and Class A office high-rises. The third has served as a director of construction, overseeing more than $200 million in projects — from ground-up construction to tenant buildouts and high-end remodeling.

As a team, we combine our backgrounds to offer unmatched value in project management, budgeting, cost control, and bid coordination. Our goal is to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
